Integrative Massage

$70 per 60 minutes

The specific combination of techniques (including: effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, vibration, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching and acupressure) will depend on the patient, as each session is specially design to meet the needs of the individual.

The integrative massage technique is based on the idea that not just one massage is right for every person or can solve every problem. That is why through using a variety of techniques individual problems in the body can be targeted and addressed, producing optimal results.

A typical integrative massage session is very open in structure. As a team, you and the therapist will meet and discuss what you are looking for and what techniques will best suit your needs. During the first session, you will also discuss the goals for the treatment and how often or how many sessions will be needed. Usually an initial number of sessions are recommended (usually between four and six) to allow the therapist to gain information about the patient and to determine the best therapeutic techniques for treatment.

Integrative massage is beneficial for anyone who wants to enjoy life to the fullest, physically, mentally and spiritually.  Integrative massage can help anyone transition towards a better life.

Compression with Stretching

$65 per 60 minutes

This session focuses on rhythmic compression into the muscles along with acupressure points associated with traditional eastern massage, it helps to create a deep hypremia and softening effect in the tissues. Stretching is added to help mobilize joints, increase range of motion, and muscle flexability. Clients are asked to come dressed in comfortable clothing as this session is done fully clothed. Although acupressure is integrated in, this is not a traditional shiatsu massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

$90 per 60 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Rates for Chair Massage can be discussed, as I am open to doing events, social gatherings, office settings as well as private sessions.
